What's the difference between our sweater kit styles? The Blast-off Cardigan shown on the left is styled after the Dream in Color Rocketry Cardigan. It has six stripes and is trimmed with a ribbed button band and braided trim accent. The Blast-off Cardigan comes in three small sizes and the pattern, written by Carri Hammett, is exclusive to Coldwater Collaborative. The Tulip Cardigan shown on the right is the one that started the craze when Stephanie Pearl-Mcphee made one a few years ago. It has eight stripes and is trimmed with a seed stitch band that is finished with an I-cord bindoff. The final detail is an I-cord tie at the neck. The Tulip Cardigan comes in five sizes from infant to six year. If you want an adult version, then check out our Garden Dream sweater below.
Both styles are available in a number of colorways or we can make a custom kit up for you at no extra charge!
new product! Blast-off Cardigan Rocketry inspired cardigan in three sizes For those of you who have been begging for a Rocketry sweater in larger sizes, the long wait is finally over! We call it the Blast-off sweater because now bigger kids can enjoy the Rocketry style sweater too.
The Blast-off Sweater Kit comes in three sizes 6-9 month, 20"; 12-18 month, 22"; 24 month, 24" The sweater consists of six stripes of color. It has a ribbed button band accented by a decorative braid.

The Tulip Baby Sweater Kit comes in five!! sizes 6-9 month, 20"; 12-18 month, 22"; 24 month, 24"; 4 year, 28"; 6 year, 30"\ The sweater consists of eight stripes of color. It has a seed stitch border that is finished with an I-cord bind off. The neck is an I-cord edging and tie. For older kids the sweater looks great with an I-cord button loop and an oversized button.

new product! Dancing Squares Blanket Kit This stunning design by Carri Hammett is taking our shop by storm. Center Diamond blocks are combined in a pattern that is surprisingly easy to knit. The pattern is loaded with photographs and tips.
The Dancing Squares Blanket Kit is available in two sizes, small 24" x 32" (shown on far left); and large 34" x 34" (shown on near left). Two color ways are available: Earth and Sky (shown on far left) Sorbet (shown on near left)
If you are dreaming of your own color combination, give us a call. We are happy to make up custom kits. It you like, we can send you an outline diagram by email. Grab your crayons and start experimenting and then give us a call. The small blanket requires about 1000 yards and the large blanket requires about 1200 yards. Just so you know, the base diamond on the small size has fewer stitches. So, even though it has more squares it is 10" narrower than the large size.

The ADULT TULIP SWEATER Why should the kids have all the fun? This sweater comes in three sizes: small: 37"; medium: 40 1/2"; large: 44 1/2" Pictured at right is the Garden Dream colorway and we have kits in the original Tulip colorway (just like the Tulip Baby Cardigan shown at the top of this page).
